We’re growing a new yoga community. Come join us.

With Maria as the primary teacher, we’ve been curating and growing our schedule, and will continue to do so in the coming months. Maria has been teaching yoga since 2007 with a focus on the therapeutic applications of yoga and the concept of “svadyaya” or self study. Maria is both a mental health counselor and a yoga teacher and every class she teaches will combine both pools of wisdom.

The magic is happening at 10560 SE Main St in Milwaukie. It’s a wonderful space right in downtown Milwaukie. There's street parking and it's an easy bike ride from the surrounding neighborhoods!
